Virtual Operations & Marketing Assistant

hirify.global is hiring for a growing food business with a custom website, integrated CRM, marketing plugins, and an in-store EPOS system.

What you will do

• Build and manage the customer journey and funnel from lead generation through purchase.
• Ensure accurate customer and lead data capture across the CRM, EPOS, website, and marketing tools.
• Set up and manage email marketing, social media scheduling, review responses, and customer enquiries.
• Triage the business inbox and establish an organized email management system.
• Create Canva labels and marketing materials, prepare print-ready assets, and manage print procurement.
• Maintain supplier and competitor databases, create SOP documentation, research market opportunities, and support VoIP and future AI automation projects.

Requirements

• Experience supporting e-commerce, retail, or food service operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of automation platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, or n8n, as well as AI tools and custom GPTs.
• Strong Canva skills and the ability to prepare clear, actionable reports.
• Experience with email marketing platforms, ideally Klaviyo; Mailchimp experience is welcome.
• Comfort using social media scheduling tools such as Buffer and good working knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Strong written and spoken English required. A design portfolio must be included with the application.

• Adobe Express experience.
• Graphic and print design experience.
• Previous experience in the food industry.
