Project Manager (A/B Testing)

Location: Remote (Morocco)

Salary: $1,500–$3,000 per month

hirify.global is a U.S.-based A/B testing company that runs website experiments and uses proprietary data to predict which changes are most likely to improve customer conversions.

What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional teams of 5–10 people across research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders.
• Move A/B tests through the full lifecycle from idea and build to launch and analysis.
• Identify risks early, remove blockers, and maintain momentum across projects.
• Build and maintain a roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments.
• Lead weekly client meetings, explain testing plans, and communicate progress and results.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Strong organization and diligence, including effective use of systems, checklists, and timelines.
• Proactive communication and willingness to flag risks, coordinate stakeholders, and ask for support when needed.
• Ability to learn quickly, understand technology and design, recognize patterns, and ask thoughtful questions.
• Prior A/B testing or formal project management experience is not required; training is provided.
• Must be based in Morocco for this remote role.
