Relationship Manager (Pooling)

Location: Remote

Salary: PHP 40,000–60,000 per month

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Manage client accounts, monitor performance, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead upselling and cross-selling initiatives through tailored proposals and consultative recommendations.
• Coordinate with project managers and internal teams to align resources, deadlines, communication, and delivery.
• Lead client meetings, pitches, presentations, feedback sessions, and strategic discussions.

Requirements

• Outstanding interpersonal, relationship-building, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience presenting to clients and providing consultative business recommendations.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions and reporting.
• Proficiency with Google Drive, Google Sheets, ClickUp, and digital collaboration tools.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and independent working abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote work setting.
