Associate Manager - Applied AI (Generative AI and Healthcare Transformation): Leading AI-driven transformation initiatives across healthcare service lines, from opportunity identification and workflow redesign to implementation, adoption, and value realization with an accent on process automation, knowledge management, and human-AI collaboration. Focus on designing Knowledge Graph-enabled use cases, building transformation roadmaps, managing cross-functional delivery, and measuring productivity, quality, cost, and adoption outcomes.

What you will do
- Assess business workflows, identify inefficiencies, and prioritize high-value opportunities for Generative AI, AI Agents, Copilots, workflow automation, Knowledge Graphs, and intelligent process automation.
- Lead AI transformation initiatives from discovery and assessment through pilots, enterprise adoption, and value realization.
- Develop transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, governance models, stakeholder engagement strategies, and adoption plans.
- Collaborate with AI Architects, Product Teams, Engineering, Knowledge Management, Analytics, business leaders, and subject matter experts to define and implement solutions.
- Design Knowledge Graph-driven use cases and structure organizational knowledge to improve AI retrieval, reasoning, traceability, and decision support.
- Track adoption, productivity, quality, cost, and business-impact metrics while developing business cases, executive reports, and reusable transformation playbooks.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in business transformation, digital transformation, AI consulting, process excellence, PMO, automation programs, operational excellence, or enterprise change initiatives.
- Experience identifying automation opportunities, redesigning workflows, building business cases, and leading implementation programs.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, AI Agents, Copilots, intelligent automation, workflow automation platforms, Knowledge Management, and enterprise AI adoption frameworks.
- Knowledge of process mapping, operating model design, business analysis, transformation governance, KPIs, performance measurement, and value realization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical services, Medical Affairs, Medical Information, Publications, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Communications, or Commercial Operations.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
