AI Product Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Pune, Maharashtra or Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

What you will do

• Build a unified intelligence layer that ingests product telemetry, CRM data, call transcripts, and marketing inputs.
• Develop scalable middleware, production-grade applications, API integrations, and webhooks connecting data systems with CRM, marketing automation, and support tools.
• Design agentic workflows that allow LLMs to perform tasks and deliver actionable outputs into business workflows.
• Implement RAG architectures grounded in company documentation, historical data, and strategic context.
• Evaluate model quality and implement guardrails to prevent hallucinations in critical workflows.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineers on real-time or near-real-time data pipelines, security, privacy, and access controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of Python development experience, including API development with FastAPI or Django and SaaS integrations.
• Experience building applications with LLM APIs, orchestration frameworks, and agent concepts.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Ability to independently architect and build solutions from high-level business requirements.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Pune or Bengaluru, India.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira, or Marketo.
• Experience with Airflow, Zapier, Make, or custom workflow engines.
• Understanding of the relationship between Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
