Java Fullstack Developer (AI)

What you will do

• Build and develop full-stack applications, platform components, services, and ETLs using Java, Spring Boot, Python, and modern web frameworks.
• Deliver RESTful, GraphQL, and other asynchronous APIs with business logic for frontend applications and external web services.
• Design user interfaces and integration layers for AI agents, including APIs and data pipelines connecting AI systems to operational platforms.
• Develop generative AI, large language model, and multi-agent capabilities, including RAG, chat interfaces, agent workflows, and AI-agent orchestration.
• Implement AWS cloud solutions, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps automation, and SDLC tooling.
• Build monitoring, observability, testing, security, authentication, authorization, database optimization, and session-management solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience designing and building full-stack applications across frontend, backend, APIs, microservices, and data layers.
• 5+ years of experience with modern programming languages, with Python preferred, as well as FastAPI, TypeScript, JavaScript, Kotlin, or Java.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS or comparable cloud platforms, including cloud architecture and solution implementation.
• 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices; Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation experience is relevant.
• 5+ years of experience with asynchronous API design, identity protocols, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and microservices at scale, including REST, GraphQL, gRPC, OpenID Connect, and OAuth 2.0.
• 3+ years of experience with observability, monitoring, backend unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing, using tools or frameworks such as OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, Datadog, pytest, or NUnit.
• Experience with application security, role-based authentication and authorization, JWT, Entra ID, Active Directory, database optimization, and session management.
• Experience building applications integrating generative AI or large language models, including RAG, chat interfaces, agent workflows, or LLM-powered features.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools, AI-agent architectures, orchestration patterns, MCP, A2A, multi-agent systems, and agentic software development methodologies.
• Strong experience with React and backend development using Python or Node.js, plus knowledge of AWS Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, CloudFormation, and CDK.

Nice to have

• Some proficiency with generative AI and AI tools.
