CM Site Leader

Location: Xiamen, China; remote work is listed, with regular on-site presence at contract manufacturing locations required

What you will do

• Represent hirify.global as the senior on-site leader and primary escalation point at contract manufacturing partner locations.
• Lead the on-site hirify.global organization across operations program management, technical program management, test engineering, quality, and supporting functions.
• Oversee factory execution, production plans, capacity, materials, quality, yield, inventory, delivery, and customer service performance.
• Provide executive oversight for new product introduction, manufacturing transfers, qualification activities, production ramps, and factory readiness.
• Build strategic relationships with contract manufacturer leadership and influence supplier capability, investment, capacity, and resource allocation.
• Manage operational risks, business continuity events, compliance, supplier governance, and protection of hirify.global intellectual property.

Requirements

• English required; Mandarin Chinese fluency preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, or contract manufacturing management.
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of product launches, manufacturing operations, supply chain management, quality systems, and supplier management.
• Experience working directly with contract manufacturers, OEMs, or strategic suppliers, with strong executive communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Willingness to maintain regular on-site presence at contract manufacturing locations in China and travel as required.
