Location: Freshwater, Australia; routine travel required

What you will do
- Provide functional expertise in Product Costing and Fixed Asset Accounting across SAP S/4 design, build, and deployment.
- Document and validate current-state processes, business requirements, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
- Support future-state process and solution design aligned with business needs.
- Participate in workshops, review proposed process and system changes, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Support issue and risk management, testing, defect triage, and outcome validation.
- Contribute to process documentation, training inputs, communications, and adoption activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong Product Costing and Fixed Asset Accounting functional knowledge.
- Experience with process improvement, projects, transformation, or system-related initiatives.
- Ability to document requirements and processes and translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Experience supporting workshops, testing, training, or implementation activities.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills in a matrix environment.
Nice to have
- SAP, ERP, or large-scale system implementation experience.
