Branch Manager (Banking)

What you will do

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, revenue generation, customer loyalty, and service delivery.
• Grow consumer and business relationships through consultative selling, business development, and community involvement.
• Coach employees to deliver effective technology-enabled and omni-channel customer interactions.
• Attract, onboard, retain, and develop branch team members through ongoing coaching and performance management.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, sales-practice, and regulatory risks.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge; a university degree is not required.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer experience, and client counseling.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, make decisions, communicate effectively, and manage people.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Successful candidates are subject to background checks under applicable banking regulations.
• Spanish is preferred but not required.
