Staff Quality Assurance Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Coordinate product reliability qualification, test scheduling, and data analysis for NPI, ORT, and quality incident activities.
• Drive failure analysis, investigate reliability issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare qualification plans and reports for internal teams and customers.
• Develop reliability burn-in hardware for HTOL and BHAST testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on qualification, risk assessment, and proactive risk mitigation.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in reliability engineering for integrated circuits or other semiconductor components.
• Strong knowledge of IC reliability test methodologies, physical mechanisms, acceleration models, statistical analysis, and failure-analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with JEDEC standards and AEC-Q100/Q006.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with global cross-functional engineering teams.
• English communication skills are required.
