LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

What you will do

• Provide direct nursing care and promote residents' health, safety, and well-being.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and support holistic wellness.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Supervise CNA and Home Health Aide care activities in accordance with regulations and community policies.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance under federal, state, and local standards.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current LPN license.
• At least two years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or a hospital setting is preferred.
• Experience supporting residents with Alzheimer's disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, methods, and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, lifting, and supporting residents weighing up to 50 lbs.
