Licensed Practical Nurse

Location: Brandywine Living at Upper Providence, 1133 Black Rock Rd, Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, USA

Salary: USD 34–35 per hour

What you will do

• Assess residents and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate total nursing care.
• Maintain clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise nursing staff and support resident activities.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.

Requirements

• Active LPN license required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Full-time availability for the 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. schedule.
