Wellness Nurse (LPN) Part-Time/Per Diem

Location: Onsite in Toms River, New Jersey, USA

Salary: $36.00–$38.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide direct nursing care and holistic wellness support to residents.
• Monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Supervise care staff in accordance with state regulations and community policies.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance and promote high service standards.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current LPN license.
• Experience working with residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations and nursing practices.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and learn new applications.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, perform fine and gross motor activities, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• At least two years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or a hospital setting.
