DTP and DCP Channel Head (Pharmaceutical)

What you will do

• Develop annual and mid-term DCP and DTP channel strategies aligned with corporate priorities, brand plans, and China market access objectives.
• Analyze market landscapes, competitive positioning, patient flows, channel penetration, and emerging DTP models to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end channel operations, including product listings, pharmacy network expansion and rationalization, and operational standards.
• Establish channel performance governance and conduct monthly and quarterly reviews of sales, patient flow, inventory, and profitability data.
• Manage strategic channel partner relationships, including contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and partnership development.
• Lead, coach, and develop the DCP and DTP channel team while managing resources and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Clinical Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• More than 8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with progression in sales management, commercial operations, or channel management.
• Strong understanding of the China pharmaceutical regulatory framework, including drug registration, pricing policies, NRDL and VBP dynamics, and DTP pharmacy operations.
• Experience leading and developing teams within matrix organizations.
• Strong commercial insight and ability to translate data into strategic and operational decisions.
• Proficient English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills for cross-functional and regional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience managing DCP and DTP channels within a multinational pharmaceutical company.
• MBA or master's degree.
