Module Equipment Technician (Contract)

Location: Onsite in Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia; regular onsite presence and shift work required.

Semiconductor manufacturing operations requiring technical support for module equipment, probe cards, and production systems.

What you will do

• Repair, replace, inspect, and align precision probe cards for Die Sort production.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, probe card, and test interface issues.
• Set up, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Support engineering experiments, equipment qualifications, configuration changes, and data collection.
• Follow published manufacturing procedures and maintain accurate repair and maintenance records.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electronic, or mechatronic systems.
• Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Good hand-eye coordination, steady hands, and good eyesight for extended microscope-based precision work.
• Willingness to work onsite in Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia, on a shift schedule.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; semiconductor manufacturing experience is an advantage.
