Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and documentation for manufacturing equipment and facility support systems.
• Support CNC woodworking equipment, coating and finishing systems, magnetizers, compressed air, ventilation, dust collection, and other production machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical failures and respond to breakdowns safely.
• Maintain calibration schedules, records, spare parts, tools, and equipment performance metrics.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, downtime activities, contractors, facility projects, and equipment installations with cross-functional teams.
• Implement improvements that increase reliability, safety, maintainability, uptime, and production efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma plus two years of technical training.
• At least two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on maintenance and repair experience with PCBA and sheet metal equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and read mechanical drawings, schematics, and circuit diagrams.
• Competence with Microsoft Office and proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; availability for alternate schedules and overtime as needed.
