What you will do

• Support planning of activities and resources for engineering teams.
• Support governance of subcontracting arrangements and assess practical, financial, and resource implications.
• Coordinate with teams, partners, and stakeholders across the organisation.
• Manage ad-hoc projects and perform data analysis, simplification, communication, and implementation of findings.
• Support recommendations, coaching, resource and competency development, and business strategy execution.
• Contribute to transformation and digital enablement initiatives.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student status is mandatory for the entire 12.5-month placement.
• Study towards a degree in Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a similar subject.
• Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems and take initiative in a team environment.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and confidence communicating with diverse groups at different levels.
• Interest in project management and the non-technical aspects of work in an engineering organisation.
• Successful candidates must complete a BPSS check and may require UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control approval.
