What you will do
- Deliver Business Operations capability and services for the Combat Systems Integration Integrated Project Team.
- Lead WHS, ICT, facilities, governance, government-furnished material, and continuous improvement functions.
- Establish and manage business operations within the contract commercial framework.
- Develop the national facilities strategy and ICT strategy and roadmap.
- Establish the CSI Management System and governance framework.
- Lead the Business Operations Team, manage work packages, and report contract execution to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Senior management experience in a project-oriented organisation delivering complex systems solutions.
- 5+ years of Program Manager or Business Operations Manager experience in a defence acquisition environment is desirable.
- Experience managing complex engineering development projects and implementing project management methodologies and continuous improvement techniques.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A degree in Project Management, Business, Commercial, or Engineering is desirable; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
- Must be an Australian citizen and hold or be able to obtain Australian Defence Security Clearance at NV1 level.
