About the Role

You will define the strategy and roadmap for FX and cash management products. You will lead execution of a globally scalable FX platform, establish governance and operational metrics, and build treasury management tooling for customer and internal needs. You will work with engineering, treasury, finance, and commercial stakeholders to deliver reliable and trusted financial products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building high-scale platforms in technology or fintech
• 2+ years of experience in FX or cash management
• Track record delivering complex product and platform initiatives at scale
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments
• Customer-centric product judgment
• Data-based decision-making and focus on business impact
• Experience setting vision and strategy for teams
• Strong communication skills across disciplines and cultures
• Entrepreneurial mindset and bias toward action

Responsibilities
