Summer Associate Internship (Mortgage Member Services Specialist)

Location: Hybrid, based at one of three U.S. locations: Vienna, Virginia; Pensacola, Florida; or Winchester, Virginia. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CT.

Salary: $26.44–$38.70 per hour

What you will do

• Evaluate mortgage member services processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Collect, organize, and prepare operational data for analysis and reporting.
• Develop recommendations to streamline workflows and improve operational performance.
• Prepare and present research-based proposals to management.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and provide day-to-day operational support.
• Maintain professional member-focused communication while completing assigned work.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university, with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Availability for the 12-week internship from May 2027 through August 2027.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to new technologies and systems, and meet deadlines accurately.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Research, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
