Senior Manager, Vendor Operations and Performance (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end vendor operations strategy in alignment with business goals and market needs.
• Partner with local and regional commercial teams to improve vendor health, efficiency, and satisfaction.
• Work with local markets to tailor vendor onboarding, retention, engagement, and performance strategies.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify underperforming vendors, and implement structured rehabilitation plans.
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end product teams to balance ad revenue, vendor experience, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in consulting, strategy, vendor operations or onboarding, performance management, or program management.
• Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, FMCG, or technology is preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, and independent execution skills.
• Expertise in vendor performance management, operational scaling, and improving marketplace dynamics.
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
