Summer 2027 Business Operations & Management Intern- Bachelor's

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; travel required up to 10% of the time; relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Analyze large datasets to produce reports and visualizations.
• Gather and interpret business requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain automated processes for data collection and analysis.
• Identify trends and generate actionable operational insights.
• Support decision-making through data analysis and presentations.
• Manage key organizational metrics reporting.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Programming or data-tool experience, such as Python, VBA, or similar.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Must work in Santa Clara, California; the position is not relocation eligible.

Nice to have

• Experience with R or Tableau.
• Interest in business operations, analytics, and data-driven problem solving.
