Reinsurance Operations Analyst Intern

Location: Enact Headquarters, Raleigh, North Carolina — hybrid schedule

What you will do

• Support reinsurance deal onboarding, management, reporting, and surveillance activities.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, finance, operations, IT, and other internal stakeholders.
• Document business requirements, operational processes, and project information.
• Analyze operations and data, identify trends, and communicate findings to support decision-making.
• Coordinate project status updates, meetings, schedules, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify operational requirements and opportunities for sustainable process improvement.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student who is a rising junior or senior.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Visualization and reporting experience, preferably with Tableau.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of project management and problem-solving approaches.

Nice to have

• Previous experience coordinating or managing projects.
• Interest in insurance, reinsurance, banking, or financial services.
