Summer Associate Internship (Business Intelligence Analyst)

Location: Onsite at 820 Follin Ln SE, Vienna, VA, or 5510 Heritage Oaks Dr, Pensacola, FL

Salary: $26.44–$46.88 per hour

What you will do

• Analyze data and develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports measuring the impact of MA&SP programs and initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver data-driven insights.
• Design and test Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio agents to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
• Create documentation and training materials for dashboards and AI solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Contribute to the team's strategy, analysis, and daily operations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a master's degree in business analytics, data science, or business administration.
• Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Experience with research, analysis, and data manipulation.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, Azure Data Studio, SQL, Python, or R.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies, with willingness to develop Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions.
• Ability to work with large datasets, present to executives, work independently, and communicate insights clearly.
