IT Information Management Summer Internship (AI)

Location: Hybrid position in Short Hills, New Jersey; applicants must be within commuting distance of the location.

Salary: USD $25.00–$28.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support the design, development, and testing of data pipelines and automated processes.
• Analyze data workflows, document processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare, transform, and organize data for dashboards, reporting, and analysis.
• Support proof-of-concept initiatives involving Power BI and other analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with analytics, customer experience, regulatory, and knowledge management stakeholders.
• Research tools, compare alternatives, document recommendations, and prepare materials for leadership review.

Requirements

• Current college student majoring in Computer Science or a related field.
• Rising juniors and seniors are preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to take ownership, self-motivate, and execute delegated work.
• Interest in data, analytics, AI, and the insurance industry.
• Full-time availability for an 11-week summer internship.
