Summer Associate Internship (Fraud Associate Project Manager)

Location: Hybrid in Pensacola, Florida, or Vienna, Virginia. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Salary: $26.44–$46.88 per hour.

What you will do

• Support planning, execution, reporting, and tracking for security and fraud projects.
• Maintain project schedules, action logs, risk and issue trackers, governance records, and project documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track follow-up actions.
• Prepare project status reports and stakeholder communications.
• Assist with resource planning, budget tracking, financial reporting, and return-on-investment analysis.
• Partner with business, technology, operations, vendor, and project leadership teams while supporting Agile and SAFe delivery practices.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in an accredited college or university with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Junior or senior undergraduate or master’s student studying business administration, data analytics, project management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, research, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaboratively, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience using Power BI, Asana, and Azure DevOps for data analysis, presentation, project management, or task tracking.

Nice to have

• Experience creating meaningful data stories with Power BI and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Agile and SAFe delivery practices.
