Summer Associate Internship (Member Associate - Navy Federal Investment Services)

Location: Hybrid, with work locations in San Diego, California; Vienna, Virginia; or Pensacola, Florida, United States

Salary: $26.44–$46.88 per hour

What you will do

• Support investment services phone operations, digital chat, Investment Advisors, and Financial Advisors.
• Research reference materials and recommend streamlined process improvements.
• Shadow support team members and provide feedback on operational enhancements.
• Collect and analyze data to improve existing processes.
• Track cross-project dependencies, communicate issues, and propose solutions.
• Safeguard confidential records and information.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field at an accredited college or university.
• Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, resourcefulness, critical thinking, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Project management or coordination experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience using Microsoft Office to create reports, data compilations, and presentations.
