Summer Internship - Customer Resolution Services (Aerospace)

Location: Herndon, Virginia, United States; 100% onsite

Salary: $24–$39.75 per hour, depending on degree program and year in school.

hirify.global’s Satair organization provides customer resolution, material, and logistics support for airlines, MROs, lessors, distributors, and other aerospace customers across the Americas.

What you will do

• Support continuous improvement across CRS Americas processes and Satair channels.
• Assist with improvement projects involving internal and external stakeholders and customers.
• Support project management activities, including deliverables, milestones, and project closure.
• Help develop performance management as part of the Global CRS Performance Management Network.
• Work with operations and continuous improvement professionals in a 24/7/365 customer support environment.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, project management, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Understand business metrics and financials, and analyze data to provide data-driven insights.
• Demonstrate the ability to develop business cases and launch initiatives of varying complexity.
• Be able to drive projects from initiation to completion and monitor deliverables and milestones.
• Be able to work onsite and meet the stated physical and PPE requirements.

• Interest in customer service, logistics, shipping, and the aerospace sector.
