NAMs Science and Technology Integration Partner

What you will do

• Support the enterprise New Approach Methodologies (NAMs) strategy, multi-year roadmap, and operating model.
• Build integrated workplans with milestones, dependencies, ownership, resources, and success criteria.
• Define and communicate metrics showing NAM adoption, decision support, capability development, and organizational impact.
• Maintain knowledge-management systems for NAM models, datasets, contexts of use, and scientific opportunities.
• Serve as program manager for the NAM Integration for Translational Enablement initiative across scientific teams and sites.
• Coordinate internal and external scientific collaborations, communications, workshops, and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree, or a master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting complex cross-functional scientific initiatives and coordinating matrix organizations without direct authority.
• Experience developing program plans covering milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, and strategic recommendations.
• Strong scientific integration, organizational, relationship-building, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with NAMs, human-relevant models, in vitro systems, computational or in silico approaches, data-enabled research, or scientific method validation.
• Familiarity with drug discovery, translational science, nonclinical safety, regulatory science, and advanced human-relevant models.

Nice to have

• Experience collaborating with academic institutions, CROs, technology providers, industry consortia, or regulatory organizations.
• Experience building scientific communities, knowledge-sharing systems, or cross-functional networks.
• Experience with strategic planning, business cases, change management, executive communications, and AI tools for workplace productivity.
