What you will do

• Oversee project teams building advanced analytic models and tools for real-world business problems.
• Develop regulatory-compliant hirify.global Scores for the US market.
• Manage large-scale data acquisition and processing, including collection, normalization, transformation, and quality control.
• Research and select statistical methods and computational algorithms.
• Lead critical hirify.global Scores projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Support client meetings, investigate issues, and provide model behavior analysis and analytic guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, physics, statistics, mathematics, operations research, cognitive science, or another natural science field.
• Deep expertise in predictive modeling, data mining, statistical analysis, and large-scale data cleaning.
• Advanced proficiency in techniques including neural networks, logistic regression, non-linear regression, random forests, decision trees, support vector machines, or optimization.
• Experience working with at least two of Python, Java, R, SQL, MATLAB, SAS, C++, or C.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership and communicate technical analytics clearly.
• Experience with US Credit Bureau data is highly preferred.

• Experience developing credit-risk models and working with US Credit Bureau data.
