Summer Associate Internship (Technology Operations Analyst)

Location: Hybrid role based in Vienna, Virginia; Pensacola, Florida; or Winchester, Virginia, United States

Salary: $26.44–$46.88 per hour

What you will do

• Support the Records Management System project with data ingestion, testing, validation, and operational support.
• Test and troubleshoot data transfers, system configurations, and integration processes.
• Review system outputs and logs to identify issues and support resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, process guides, and operational procedures.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, planning sessions, and project meetings.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and technology partners on project activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, or a related field, with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, networking concepts, and secure file transfer methods.
• Exposure to Agile development practices through coursework, projects, internships, or work experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with Linux, SSH, SFTP, RDP, REST APIs, and API documentation.
• Experience with PowerShell, Python, identity and access management concepts, Entra ID, SAML, or ADFS.
• Previous technical support, technology internship, or academic technology project experience.
