2027 Investment Operations Internship Program

Location: Owings Mills, Maryland, United States; hybrid work with up to one day per week from home. Applicants must have US work authorization that does not now or in the future require employment visa sponsorship.

Base salary: $25.00 per hour; eligible for overtime pay.

What you will do

• Perform business analysis and project management activities using data collection, querying, and analysis.
• Create workflows and flowcharts to define business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify and communicate process and data trends to management.
• Use data visualization tools and VBA to increase automation, improve efficiency, and reduce risk.
• Participate in testing system enhancements and own daily operational processes across multiple systems.
• Communicate updates to critical stakeholders and support client account services, investment reporting, or related operations teams.

Requirements

• Full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May/June 2029.
• All majors are eligible.
• Preferred cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Commitment to ongoing learning of an AI-augmented platform.
• FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
