What you will do

• Develop architectural designs, detailed plans, and 3D models using Vectorworks and SketchUp.
• Contribute to feasibility studies, concept designs, and detailed designs.
• Prepare planning, building regulations, and construction drawings.
• Participate in design team meetings and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
• Conduct site visits and assist with surveys, reports, and project administration.
• Monitor building regulations, planning policies, and construction standards.

Requirements

• Strong background in architecture with a portfolio of completed projects.
• Extensive knowledge of relevant architectural and creative software.
• Hands-on construction experience and a strong understanding of joinery techniques and materials.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and coordinate complex design details.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of UK planning and building regulations.
