What you will do

• Lead a team of structural engineers within the London façades team.
• Provide technical leadership, support team development, and allocate work across the team.
• Participate in design workshops with architects and other design team members to develop façade designs.
• Review detailed designs, structural analyses, and assessments prepared by specialist façade contractors.
• Prepare clear reports and develop project documentation into tender documentation.

Requirements

• Chartered structural or civil engineer qualification.
• Portfolio of medium- to large-scale projects.
• Business development skills to support winning new projects.
• Strong communication skills through sketching, drawing, writing, and computer modelling tools.
