Duty Engineer

hirify.global is a luxury hotel with 203 guestrooms, four restaurants and bars, a wellness floor, event facilities, and seven meeting spaces.

What you will do

• Carry out engineering, repair, and maintenance tasks across guest bedrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, fire protection, carpentry, and plumbing work.
• Complete planned preventive maintenance in plant rooms, bedrooms, and public areas.
• Inspect the building, safety features, and operating equipment to identify maintenance and safety issues.
• Work closely with the security department on health and safety matters.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of general hotel maintenance and engineering tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills for regular guest interaction.
• Proficient knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting is desirable.
• A qualification in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing work is beneficial.
