Associate Project Manager (Biopharmaceutical)

What you will do

• Support the planning, management, and tracking of multiple cross-functional project teams across products, functions, and sites.
• Develop schedules and performance requirements while tracking project goals, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate communication across functional areas and serve as a primary contact for project-related issues.
• Facilitate project and product development teams, including resource analysis, information dissemination, problem solving, and consensus building.
• Assist with vendor relationship management and identify best practices for standardization across disciplines and programs.
• Present project information to senior staff and support project managers and team members in using MS Project and Smartsheet.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0–2 years of experience in a biopharmaceutical environment, including laboratory, manufacturing, engineering, or quality assurance functions.
• 0–2 years of project management experience.
• Adherence to FDA regulations, company policies governing sales and marketing activities, data privacy requirements, and compliance training.
• Accurate documentation, proactive participation in compliance reviews, and prompt reporting of potential issues.
