Software Engineer III (GenAI)

Location: Greater Seattle Area; U.S. work authorization is required.

Salary: $164,652–$230,512.80 base pay annually for Washington applicants; other site ranges may differ.

What you will do

• Develop tools and applications that automate manufacturing processes and standardize performance benchmarks.
• Design, implement, deploy, and support enterprise-scale systems and services.
• Build software platforms enabling real-time manufacturing analysis and decision-making.
• Create documentation for integrations between enterprise applications.
• Apply DevOps technologies to automate software delivery and identify enterprise-system feature gaps.
• Share expertise in performance, scalability, enterprise architecture, and engineering standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience, preferably in full-stack engineering.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or a comparable backend language, with experience in modern backend frameworks.
• Frontend experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, APIs, SQL, relational databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience supporting production servers, databases, services, enterprise applications, automated testing, debugging, performance tuning, and secure code delivery.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee or asylee.

Nice to have

• DevOps experience across building, testing, deploying, monitoring, and operating production applications.
• Experience with ERP, MES, industrial IoT, connected manufacturing, or production data acquisition.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into business or engineering workflows.
