What you will do

• Design analytics on business performance and market dynamics and synthesize data into actionable commercial insights.
• Establish metrics, datasets, and KPIs that provide leadership with real-time visibility.
• Lead market, competitive, and portfolio assessments to shape commercial strategy and portfolio priorities.
• Advise senior leaders, prepare executive presentations, and deliver scenario analyses for business reviews.
• Lead cross-functional working groups across sales, market access, marketing, and finance.
• Manage high-priority strategic initiatives, project plans, workstreams, milestones, and deliverables.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm; pharmaceutical or healthcare exposure is preferred.
• Expertise in data analysis, market assessment, strategic planning, and competitive intelligence.
• Ability to translate complex market dynamics into actionable portfolio strategies and influence senior leadership.
• Strong project management, business acumen, commercial mindset, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and analytical tools.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or another advanced degree preferred. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills required.
