Operations Manager - Floor (Fashion, Import, Jewelry, Regional, Returns, Sam's, Wm.com, Hmsc)

Location: Spring Valley, Illinois, United States

Salary: $84,000–$126,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock or regional pay zone compensation.

What you will do

• Drive and implement the business plan for the assigned operational area to achieve production, quality, safety, and performance goals.
• Forecast staffing, workload, and performance results to meet business demands.
• Prepare and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Monitor compliance with logistics, company quality, and safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders through direction, performance feedback, training, coaching, hiring, promotion, and evaluation.
• Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using sound judgment and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, plus at least one year of relevant operations, distribution, logistics, or retail experience supervising and developing managers or supervisors; or three years of relevant experience without the degree requirement.
• Relevant experience must include workload management and participation in hiring and promotion activities across multiple departments or areas.
• Walmart Logistics Area Manager experience may satisfy the experience requirement.
• Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments is required.
• Work is based at the Spring Valley, Illinois facility.
