Automotive Business Consultant – Accounting Specialist

Location: Manchester, NH, United States; remote work with extensive travel and overnight hotel stays up to 5 nights per week

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year. Training compensation is $60,000–$63,000 base salary; targeted income after training is $80,000+ including bonuses.

What you will do

• Build professional relationships with automotive dealership customers.
• Assess dealership operations and identify areas requiring improvement.
• Apply established consulting programs and automotive industry expertise to solve business problems.
• Support dealerships in becoming more efficient, effective, and profitable.
• Follow up after project completion and provide ongoing fee-for-service support and problem resolution.
• Develop customer trust and support consulting services sales.

Requirements

• At least five years of automotive dealership experience, including office management, automotive accounting/controller work, or AP/AR accounting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel extensively with overnight hotel stays up to five nights per week, every week.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with fewer than two moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
• Experience with hirify.global accounting software is highly preferred.
