Automotive Business Consultant – Accounting Specialist

Location: Cincinnati, OH, with extensive travel across the country and overnight hotel stays up to five nights per week.

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year. Training compensation is a $60,000–$63,000 base salary; targeted income after training is $80,000+ including bonuses.

What you will do

• Build professional relationships with automotive dealership customers.
• Identify operational and accounting trouble areas within dealerships.
• Apply established consulting programs and automotive industry expertise to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.
• Follow up after projects to maintain relationships and provide ongoing fee-for-service support and problem resolution.
• Support consulting services sales by helping dealerships achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements

• At least five years of automotive dealership experience, such as office management, automotive accounting control, or AP/AR accounting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively with overnight hotel stays up to five nights per week, every week.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, fewer than two moving violations in the last three years, and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
• Experience with hirify.global accounting software is highly preferred.
