What you will do

• Advise current and prospective high-net-worth clients on credit and cash management solutions.
• Introduce and sell banking products and services through internal and external client networks.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit banking products.
• Manage and monitor a book of business to support client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Analyze, structure, and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members while ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with client relationship management, credit analysis, financial management, portfolio management, and sales negotiation.
• Strong decision-making, critical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Must work in the Fort Worth, Texas office; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
