What you will do

• Coordinate department activities and park schedules across guest arrival, rides, shows, and park quality operations.
• Lead daily park operations and frequently assume Park Duty Manager responsibilities.
• Monitor guest feedback, resolve complaints, and identify opportunities to improve guest and Ambassador satisfaction.
• Maintain safe operating environments for guests, Ambassadors, and animals; inspect areas and equipment and investigate accidents.
• Manage labor and expense budgets, operational procedures, revenue initiatives, and concurrent quality, courtesy, expense, and capital projects.
• Lead department initiatives involving leadership development, compliance, and operational improvement.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and work onsite at hirify.global San Diego.
• 2–4 years of theme park management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to complete CPR/AED training and certification and become certified across park operations areas.
• Strong communication, public speaking, problem-solving, multitasking, relationship-building, and project management skills.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including opening and closing shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays, and to perform extensive walking, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and other physical duties.
