Sr. IT Advanced Analytics and Data Solutions (AI/ML)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States. Travel required up to 10% of the time. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $161,000–$221,000 per year.

What you will do

• Align business intelligence, Big Data, and AI/ML technology strategies with business units and GIS domains.
• Architect and design complex analytics, Big Data, and AI/ML applications and platforms, translating designs into functional and technical specifications.
• Oversee application and platform development, testing, data conversions, monitoring, tuning, upgrades, and support services.
• Lead root-cause analysis, incident resolution, and corrective and preventive actions with infrastructure teams, vendors, and technical partners.
• Plan and manage medium- to large-scale projects, including scope, timelines, budgets, quality, service governance, and audit controls.
• Coordinate contingent workers across projects, including selection, onboarding, assignments, work quality, and timesheet approval.

Requirements

• Deep or broad expertise in a specialized IT, analytics, business intelligence, Big Data, or AI/ML discipline.
• Experience interpreting business challenges and recommending best practices for products, processes, or services.
• Ability to lead teams or complex cross-functional projects and solve difficult problems using advanced analytical judgment.
• Experience with software development, testing, service management, change management, root-cause analysis, governance, and controls.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts and negotiate solutions with stakeholders.
