AI Operations Specialist (Procurement)

Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Francisco, Fort Collins, or New York City

Salary: $130,000 – $160,000

What you will do

• Translate customer business requirements and policies into clear instructions for AI.
• Write and refine prompts, rules, and configurations to guide AI behavior.
• Perform thorough testing, including edge cases and unusual scenarios.
• Investigate unexpected AI outputs to identify root causes and implement improvements.
• Work directly with customers to clarify requirements and understand their needs.
• Configure AI agents for document analysis, classification, and compliance workflows.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong puzzle-solving skills.
• Ability to structure complex or ambiguous information clearly.
