What you will do
- Own and maintain the master launch timeline for every active launch site.
- Coordinate Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Account Management, customers, and other stakeholders to keep launches on schedule.
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, forecasts, and timeline health across concurrent launches; escalate slippage early.
- Run recurring status reviews with cross-functional stakeholders and customers while maintaining a single source of truth for launch status.
- Build tools and workflows to automate status updates and reporting, reducing manual tracking as launch volume grows.
- Continuously improve launch tracking processes and report progress to leadership.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of technical or customer-facing program management experience, ideally in hardware or robotics deployments.
- Strong scheduling and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent site timelines.
- PMP certification or an equivalent project management credential.
- Experience building or implementing process tooling or automation, including project management platforms, dashboards, or workflow automation.
