Telemedicine Physician Consultant (Fertility and Menopause Care)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; care is delivered to members across multiple U.S. states.

Compensation: $120–$160 starting base salary; the posting does not specify the pay period.

What you will do

• Provide video and phone consultations covering menopause, fertility, hormonal, and related metabolic concerns.
• Assess, diagnose, create treatment plans, and provide ongoing clinical management using ACOG, ASRM, and The Menopause Society guidelines.
• Conduct metabolic assessments and manage anti-obesity medications, including GLP-1 receptor agonists, within clinical protocols.
• Document visits, order and interpret relevant laboratory tests, follow up on results, and coordinate referrals to appropriate specialists.
• Maintain multi-state licensure, complete credentialing and payer enrollment, and support expansion of state coverage.
• Use telehealth and EHR systems, participate in chart audits and case reviews, and contribute to clinical quality and protocol refinement.

Requirements

• MD, DO, PA, or APRN/NP qualification in a relevant clinical field, including obstetrics and gynecology, reproductive endocrinology, internal medicine, family medicine, endocrinology, or women’s health.
• At least 3–5+ years of active clinical experience in early fertility support, menopause care, or both.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical licensure is required; multi-state licensure and IMLC participation are strongly preferred.
• Menopause clinicians must hold MSCP certification from The Menopause Society or have certification actively in progress with a clear completion plan.
• Familiarity with applicable clinical guidelines, telehealth technologies, electronic prescribing, EHR documentation, HIPAA, and telemedicine privacy and regulatory requirements.
• A HIPAA-compliant home workspace and reliable internet are required.

Nice to have

• Experience across both early fertility and menopause care or in a menopause clinic, fertility center, or comparable specialty program.
• Experience with fertility workups, AMH testing, ovulation induction, and preconception optimization.
• Experience prescribing and managing GLP-1 medications, obesity medicine training, or ABOM certification.
• Experience in digital health, health benefits, multi-state telemedicine, clinical protocol development, or quality improvement.
• Fluency in an additional language and experience supporting LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse populations.
