Manager Energy & Industry (Energy)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. Hybrid work is available from home, the client site, or the Amsterdam office. Non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted.

What you will do

• Guide energy companies through the transition to the New Energy Reality.
• Lead market and market-entry studies, operational improvement initiatives, investment decisions, regulatory compliance, outsourcing, and vendor selection projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered beyond expectations with support from consultants and client representatives.
• Coach and mentor consultants and manage project teams.
• Contribute to business development and support sales activities.
• Monitor energy-market trends and help adapt consulting offerings.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• At least 5 years of consulting or project-management experience in the utilities industry.
• Network with relevant energy companies and a strong understanding of energy-market developments and value chains.
• Interest in data and AI-related topics and the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required.
• Experience managing teams; a self-starting, entrepreneurial, and flexible approach.

Nice to have

• Fluent German.
