Insurance Associate (Traveltech)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid working with office attendance at least 40% of the time

What you will do

• Support the commercial performance, day-to-day management, and growth of existing insurance and protection products.
• Lead product performance reviews and propose enhancements and new iterations.
• Own complex initiatives end to end and coordinate dependencies across technology, product, design, data, operations, legal, compliance, and finance.
• Work with third-party insurance carriers to develop new product offerings.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and support licensing, regulatory, and compliance strategies.
• Track project outcomes and prepare business reviews, board updates, and management reports.

Requirements

• Degree-level education or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in insurance or financial services.
• Experience in a regulated industry, including risk management and compliance.
• Strong commercial problem-solving, analytical, decision-making, and business-case development skills.
• Project management fundamentals and experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in complex matrix organizations.
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions, multicultural geographies, and global launches or rollouts.
