Staff Pharmacist (Pharmacy)

Location: Onsite in Mankato, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $98,000–$172,000 annually for a 40-hour work week; additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses. The position also offers a $40,000 sign-on bonus with relocation assistance.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care, process prescriptions, and accurately dispense medication.
• Counsel customers on healthcare needs and prescription medications.
• Administer immunizations and other pharmacy programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, HIPAA, PHI guidelines, and applicable regulations.
• Model appropriate customer service and guide pharmacy staff.
• Participate in community engagement, outreach, and related events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementation of pharmacy best practices.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and partners and adapt to varied patient needs.
• Onsite work in Mankato, Minnesota, United States is required.
